<p>Financial Loop is building out 218,000 sq ft of warehouse space in which 88,000 sq ft will be a tilt wall building intended to be occupied by ourselves for our operations. 57,400 sq ft of it is planned across 7 buildings ranging in sq ft from 5000 to 11,000 sq ft. This will be leased out to tenants. The remaining 73,000, which spans across 3 buildings, is planned for office warehouse concept with units as small as 1,500 sq ft. Phase 1 (88,000 sqft) will consist of the single tilt wall building with planning completion in December 2025. Phase 2 (57,400 sq ft) is set for completion in Q1 2026. Phase 3 (73,000 sqft) is planning for completion in Q3 of 2026.</p>

<p> This 1.89 acre site is located in an up & coming area with close proximity to I-69 in Rosenberg, TX. We're building a Kroozin gas station along with Junction Food Truck Park which will be home to 6-8 food trucks and it'll come with a nice park and hangout spot.  </p>

Financial Loop took over a hard corner on Crosstimbers & Yale and plans to redevelop into a gas station + 11,000 sq ft modern retail center. This development will bring new & modern development into the area. This project is set to commence in Q4 2025.
